FRANKLIN NWANERI
Growth Operator / 0-to-1 GTM

I take products
from zero to paying customers.

I find the path from a cold prospect to a paying, retained customer, then build it: ads, landing pages, email, webinars, launches, whatever the funnel actually needs. I write it, ship it, measure it, and I read the real backend numbers, not the dashboard's story. Full-funnel, hands-on, founder-adjacent.

Who's behind the numbers

I'm Franklin Nwaneri, a growth operator based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, working across European and US hours. I've spent the last few years being the person a product hands its growth problem to: I research the customer, define the ICP, write the pages and emails, run the ads, build the funnel, and read the real numbers behind it. I move fast, I ship, and I tell the truth about what the data actually says, even when it's inconvenient. That last part is the whole job.

ADACertify · Zero to a Paying Customer Base
0-to-1 GTM · paid + email + webinar + marketplace · built solo
FLAGSHIP · 0→1

A web-accessibility product with zero customers and no acquisition motion. I owned the whole path to revenue. At launch I chose to run paid ads to the product page over a one-time offer, and it converted 11 first sales of a $397 product. I followed with email to the existing list to pull more payments, then landed an AppSumo listing for visibility and lifetime buyers. Today it sits at 100 monthly recurring customers plus 15 AppSumo lifetime buyers, with a trial pipeline on top.

The judgment piece: acquisition looked weak on the surface. Facebook's pixel reported 28 leads and the purchase campaigns showed zero sales. The real problem wasn't acquisition, it was measurement. The payment backend showed the true numbers the misconfigured pixel had hidden. I reconcile against the backend, not the dashboard.

30+ SaaS launches · email + affiliate motion built from scratch
REVENUE

Built and ran the launch motion for a steady stream of software products, most starting cold. Across 30+ international SaaS launches I drove $60k+ in attributable revenue through email and affiliate campaigns, including high-urgency launch, nurture, and reactivation sequences I wrote and shipped myself. Individual products (AIWhitelabels, Tokmate) landed dozens of sales each per launch. It's the repeatable-launch discipline this kind of role runs on: cold audience to buyer, over and over.

LIFECYCLE

Inherited a bloated email database: 33,613 inactive, 9,845 active, mass blasts stuck at 3–5% opens. I ran aggressive list hygiene to cut ~16,000 dead contacts and protect sender reputation, then rebuilt a single-list setup into segmented buckets (hot leads, engaged, inactive) with automated resends for non-openers. The active base grew 36% to 13,388 and segmented sends hit 10–14% opens. Part of that lift is a cleaner denominator, part is sharper targeting, and I track which is which rather than claiming it all as engagement.

B2B LEAD-GEN

A B2B SaaS product was burning budget on fragmented campaigns where keywords and landing pages didn't match. The brief had two layers: validate real demand first, then convert it to booked calls. I restructured the keyword architecture around the ICP, fixed the URL and landing-page mismatches, rebuilt conversion tracking, and built the funnel behind it: two landing-page variants, a scorecard quiz, and lead magnets.

How I operate
// the way a founding growth hire has to think

I own the whole funnel, not one channel

Positioning, landing pages, email, ads, webinars, launches. On ADACertify I used whichever channel the funnel needed to get from zero to paying customers. The constraint moves; I follow it wherever it goes.

I find where it actually breaks

The apparent problem is rarely the real one. ADACertify looked like an acquisition miss; the real issue was measurement hiding the true funnel. I diagnose against the backend and billing data, not the surface dashboard.

I write and ship, I don't hand off

Ads, pages, email sequences, launch copy, all mine. No waiting on a design or content team to test an idea. That's what makes a 0-to-1 motion move fast enough to matter.

Validate before scaling

Prove demand with a small controlled test, then pour budget into what's real. Every offer and channel gets an honest verdict: scale it, reangle it, or cut it. No sunk-cost romance.

A slice of the ad copy

“Avoid $150K ADA Lawsuits in 2025. Over 4,600 cases filed last year, don’t let your website be next. Join our free webinar to learn quick fixes with ADACertify and protect your business today.”

Same product, written for three different buyers:
  • Business owner“One missed element could trigger legal woes and hefty fines.”
  • Agency“Add $10K/month to your agency with one ADA service.”
  • Freelancer“Turn one line of code into a $1K+ monthly side gig.”
From the sales page I wrote

“This Website Mistake Could Cost You Thousands. Protect Your Business Instantly, and Turn Compliance into Profit.”

“Lawyers are using bots to hunt for tiny website errors and sue business owners for $20k–$50k settlements. Get instant scans, fixes, and certification that keeps your business protected.”

The page opened by making readers self-diagnose their risk with five questions, e.g. “Can a screen reader describe your site to a blind visitor, or will they only hear image, image, image?” Then it framed their options: do nothing, hire a $5,000 consultant, use a widget that only masks the problem, or a fourth, better way.

The Measurement Catch
Why the dashboard isn’t the source of truth
DIFFERENTIATOR

My edge isn’t just running campaigns, it’s catching when the numbers lie.

On ADACertify, the ad platform reported 28 leads and zero sales, it looked like the ads were failing. But the real backend showed 69 registrations and 11 sales of a $397 product. The pixel was misconfigured. On the Google side, I caught page-view and video-engagement actions mis-set as primary conversions, inflating the numbers. I reconcile against the backend, not the dashboard, which is where most growth decisions quietly go wrong.
